PERFORMANCE AGAINST OUR AMBITIONS FOR IMPROVED SUSTAINABLE GROWTH 2021 PERFORMANCE TARGET Towards Net Zero Carbon Emissions • Continuously reduce our carbon footprint • Improving operational eco-efficiency • Procuring renewable and low carbon intensive energy • Optimizing natural resource consumption In 2021, we recorded a 3% reduction in combined GHG intensity of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and are looking at a further reduction to 10% by 2025 and 30% by 2030. We maintained our Scope 3 coverage to five categories and plan to expand reporting to all relevant categories in 2023. We also aim to finalize our targets and have them validated by the SBTi in the near future.
