GHG STRATEGIES We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and developing low-carbon alternatives to improve resource productivity, in line with our Decarbonization Strategy and the UNGC Communication on Progress (COP). In compliance with the World Resources Institute (WRI), World Business Council for Sustainable Development and ISO 14064-1/ISO 14064-3, the international standards in line with the GHG Protocol on Corporate Accounting and Reporting – we keep close track of our direct and indirect Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG Scope 1, 2 and 3) to identify reduction measures and implementation. These, and other key environmental data are collected quarterly through an electronic management system. The reduction in GHG (Scope 1 & 2) intensity can be attributed to increased operational efficiencies and our US$ 28.5million investments in GHG reduction projects. These investments resulted in a reduction of GHG emissions of 185,132 tons of CO2e. We are currently developing Scope 3 GHG data collection templates to enhance the tracking of our Scope 3 GHG emissions which will allow suppliers to efficiently track emissions across our value chain. 106 INDORAMA VENTURES PCL.
