Our target is an LTIFR of less than 0.1 cases per 200,000 man-hours. In 2021, we recorded an overall LTIFR of 0.66. The goal is to achieve an LTIFR of less than 0.5 cases per 200,000 man-hours by 2025 In 2021, we had 516 leaders involved in succession planning. This is to be increased to approximately 1,000 leaders by 2023. Our mission is to protect our people and planet and enable further prosperity. As of 2021, we have educated 53,585 consumers on recycling since 2018. The target is to educate one million global consumers on recycling by 2030. In 2021, we trained and developed 1,633 leaders worldwide. By 2024, we expect to have approximately 3,500 leaders involved in the leadership development curriculum.
