EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT Employee engagement is critical to our success and helps us achieve and sustain our vision. We performed a Global Employee Engagement (GEE) survey in 2021 to better understand how we can engage our staff and build a culture that people want towork in. Our approach considers the various touchpoints throughout the journeys of employees and focuses on finding and enabling the appropriate actions. The next GEE is scheduled to take place in 2023. Following the completion of the survey, the focus is on identifying improvement areas and executing actions at all IVL sites through collaborations involving site management, employees and the local HR teams.
