Operational Excellence Award

IVL Performance Excellence Award is a significant initiative at IVL to sustain and improve employee engagement and is meant to inspire our employees to challenge all boundaries and produce outstanding results. Underway since 2017, this award is based on stellar performance across 10 criteria based on: Financial Performance, Operational Performance, and Sustainability Performance (environment, health and safety). The best Business Units are identified by benchmarking their performance across these criteria and awarded in IVL Group Management Conference (GMC)
