ISO 9001:2015 มาตรฐานระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ
ISO 9001:2015 กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์สำหรับระบบการบริหารงานคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่สามารถรับรองได้ (แม้ว่าจะไม่ใช่ข้อกำหนดก็ตาม) ว่าสามารถใช้ได้กับทุกองค์กร ทั้งองค์กรขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่ โดยไม่เจาะจงถึงลักษณะของกิจกรรม โดยมาตรฐานนี้ยึดตามหลักการบริหารงานคุณภาพหลายประการ รวมถึงมีความมุ่งเน้นหลักไปที่ลูกค้า การสร้างแรงจูงใจ วิธีการ กระบวนการ และการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
